Today, we’re analyzing one small but potent food item: raisins. These dried up grapes may be tiny, but they pack quite a punch in flavor and nutrients. Raisins are indeed the miniature sweet treat that can be tossed into oatmeals, baked goods, or eaten alone. However, the question that needs answering is: Are raisins keto-friendly?
